Browse the available events, choose the one you wish to participate in, select your preferred booth on the interactive floor map, and complete the booking and payment process.

You can cancel your reservation before it is approved or payment is completed. After a confirmed and paid reservation, please contact the organiser to enquire about the cancellation and refund policy.

We support several payment gateways depending on the event configuration, which may include Thawani Pay, Paymob, and PayPal. Available methods will be shown at checkout.

When you select a booth, it is temporarily held for a set period. If you do not complete payment within this window, the booth is automatically released and your reservation request is cancelled.

After signing in, click "My Reservations" in the navigation bar to view all your reservations and their current status.
